No unauthorized redistribution
You may not copy, repost, sell, scrape, leak, screen-record, or redistribute the site’s copyrighted material without written permission or a valid legal basis.
Notice and counter-notice
We provide a takedown and counter-notice workflow for copyright claims that are properly supported and sent to the designated contact.
False claims can backfire
Submitting a false infringement notice may create legal exposure, including liability for damages, fees, or loss of credibility with processors and platforms.
Unless we say otherwise in writing, the site’s original content, artwork, logos, copy, thumbnails, clips, previews, layouts, audio, and video are protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, repost, sell, scrape, train models on, leak, mirror, or otherwise redistribute protected material from this site without permission from the rights holder.
Send a notice to the designated DMCA contact below and include enough detail for us to identify the allegedly infringing material. A good notice should identify the copyrighted work, the exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and the statements required by law.
DMCA Agent Name: [INSERT NAME]. DMCA Email: [INSERT EMAIL]. Mailing Address: [INSERT ADDRESS]. These placeholders must be replaced before any public publication of the contact information.
If material is removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was mistaken or you have the right to use the material, you may send a counter-notice to the same contact.
A valid counter-notice should identify the material, state why you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, include contact information, and include any statements required by law for the service provider to assess restoration.
We may disable or terminate access for repeat infringers or for users who repeatedly submit unsupported, abusive, or bad-faith copyright complaints.
We may also restrict access to accounts that repeatedly repost, leak, mirror, scrape, or redistribute protected content, even if the issue is first detected on a third-party platform or messaging service.
Formal DMCA agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office may be required for safe-harbour protection depending on how the site is operated and which services are used.
This policy does not claim that registration has been completed unless the operator has actually completed that process and made the necessary public filing and website disclosure.
Do not send a notice unless you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized and the facts in your notice are accurate. Knowingly misrepresenting infringement can create liability and may be forwarded to the relevant platform, processor, or authority when appropriate.
