Payment must clear first
Access is not granted until the relevant payment clears, the processor confirms it, and any required access checks are complete.
Chargeback risk
Chargebacks, card disputes, or other reversals may suspend all access and may be reported when appropriate.
Crypto is final
Crypto transfers are generally final and mistakes may be unrecoverable once the transaction is on-chain.
We may accept PayPal, bank transfer, Revolut or UK bank transfer, crypto, and any future checkout method that is clearly listed at the point of sale.
The available methods can change without notice, and different products or services may allow different payment options.
Prices may change before checkout is completed. Currency display may also vary depending on region, payment processor, or the checkout method used.
The amount shown at checkout, invoice time, or written confirmation is the amount that applies to the specific transaction unless we explicitly correct it for an obvious error.
Payment must clear before access is granted, and access may be delayed while a processor or manual review confirms the transaction.
If a payment does not clear, is reversed, or is flagged as suspicious, we may hold delivery, cancel fulfilment, or request additional verification.
A chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal may suspend or terminate all access while the matter is reviewed.
Fraudulent or abusive payments may be reported to payment providers, card networks, platforms, or law enforcement where appropriate.
Crypto payments are final once confirmed on the network. We cannot undo blockchain confirmations and may be unable to recover mistakes caused by sending to the wrong address, wrong chain, or wrong asset.
Network congestion, fees, or wallet-side mistakes are not automatically refundable.
Third-party payment providers may apply their own rules, verification checks, delays, holds, reserves, or limits. Their actions may affect access even if our own systems are working normally.
Using a listed payment method means you agree to comply with the processor’s terms as well as this policy.
