Once access begins, content is delivered, or fulfilment starts, refunds are generally unavailable unless the law requires otherwise or we confirm a specific exception in writing.
Crypto is final
Cryptocurrency payments are final once broadcast to the network, and blockchain confirmations, network fees, or wallet mistakes may be unrecoverable.

Where a product page, checkout page, or written confirmation states that access begins immediately after purchase, you agree that the license is provided at that time and that the personal-use content licence has started unless we clearly state otherwise.
If you believe you were charged twice for the same item, contact support with your order reference, payment receipt, date, and any screenshot that shows the duplicate charge. We will review the records and, where appropriate, issue a correction, credit, or other remedy consistent with the payment method used.
If access fails because of a technical problem, delivery error, or account issue on our side, contact us promptly so we can investigate and, if the purchase was valid, restore access, resend the item, or otherwise fix the problem instead of treating it as a refund request by default.
Custom clips, personalized messages, sexting sessions, obedience tasks, keyholding arrangements, or similar made-to-order services may be cancelled only before work starts and only if we confirm that cancellation in writing.
Once planning, scripting, filming, editing, messaging, or other fulfilment work has started, custom orders are generally final and non-refundable. We may also apply a reasonable administrative fee where preparation has already begun.
If you open a chargeback, card dispute, PayPal dispute, or other payment reversal after receiving access or delivery, we may suspend or terminate all current and future access while the dispute is reviewed.
We may provide order records, delivery logs, access logs, messages, and other information to the processor or relevant platform when we need to defend a legitimate transaction or respond to a dispute.
Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the relevant network. We cannot guarantee recovery for mistaken transfers, wrong wallet addresses, wrong chain selections, or network fee issues.
Any refund for a crypto payment, if ever approved, is discretionary and may be made in the original asset or another method that we choose, subject to applicable law and processor limitations.
Refund requests should be sent as soon as possible after the issue is discovered and should include the order number, payment method, the date and time of purchase, the product or service name, and the reason you believe a refund or correction is warranted.
